you Know we love a little tromp l'oiel moment! i've wanted to make this jacket for years...as someone who is chronically ill i've gone through a bunch of prescription pill bottles in my life to where the design of them has become iconic in my mind! this jacket features a deconstructed label for a trash queen inspired fake medication, dispensed by TQ pharmacy and meant to ward off the pain caused by interacting with rude people!
this cardigan is made from a soft, sleek 88% polyester 12% spandex fabric with some slight stretch to it. the inside of the fabric has a warm, fleece-like texture, making it extra cozy.
the cardigan features a button closure, two front pockets, and an overall boxy, unisex silhouette. the RX symbol on the front is iron on embroidery, doubly secured with a single top stitch so that there's no scratchy interfacing on the inside to make it uncomfortable against the skin!
color variants on this listing are currently shown via mockup to give customers an idea of the final look and may differ from the final result--actual photos of these colorways will be taken as soon as samples are produced and in hand!
Wash inside out, in cold water, on a delicate setting or by hand.
we recommend washing this turned inside out, in cold water, on a delicate setting, to preserve the color, embroidery, and fabric quality.
Hang to dry.
hanging your piece to dry will help it maintain its size and shape, and it will add years onto its durability.
Alison is wearing a size 3XL in the Rx Jacket (this jacket was initially ordered in Paige's size for fit testing!) and is 5' 10", and typically a size XL in Trash Queen or a size 16 in US dress sizes. Read more about her here.
